My Story

My entry into this field was deeply personal and transformative. As a teenager, I frequently felt off-balance and began experiencing an abundance of GI and hormone issues. This persisted for many years, during which, I often felt misguided by health professionals who assured me my symptoms were normal.

It was only through a sincere curiosity for natural remedies and a fascination with intuitive decision-making that I began to understand the extent of my health issues and started listening to what my body was trying to tell me through my symptoms. By making intentional lifestyle changes, focusing on whole foods, and embracing holistic practices I was able to restore balance within my body.

This journey led me to study functional nutrition and medicine, where I gained a deeper understanding of the body’s innate healing abilities and the profound impact of diet and lifestyle on overall wellness. I am now dedicated to sharing this knowledge and empowering others to nourish their body and discover their own healing potential.

I currently offer virtual 1:1 sessions in my private practice, which can be scheduled through the booking page of my website.

You can also follow me on Instagram or TikTok where I share nutrition tips, recipes, and other wellness musings!

Certified Nutrition Specialist Candidate and Supervision

The Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) certification is the most advanced credential for personalized nutrition practitioners. The CNS certification requires professionals to obtain a Master of Science in Nutrition, pass the CNS certification exam, and complete 1,000 supervised practice hours under a board certified CNS.

As part of my efforts to obtain the CNS certification, I am currently part of a CNS internship program, where I am fulfilling the requirement of 1,000 supervised practice hours. As a CNS-candidate, my board-approved supervisors, who are CNS certified and hold nutrition licenses in various states, will provide me with additional guidance and support.
